Shipping Information

Ground Shipping

  • Ground shipping starts at $9.99; final costs vary by shipping location and items ordered.

  • All transit times are estimated business days. We do not guarantee transit or processing times.

  • No weekend delivery.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • Express processing time: 1 full business day.

  • Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

  • Deliveries to PO Boxes may be delayed or returned. We do not guarantee successful delivery.

  • Special/custom orders may incur alternate shipping pricing.

Canada Shipping

  • Handled via Landmark Global, starting at $35.

  • Pricing includes shipping fees and duties/customs fees.

  • Transit times are estimated and include 2+ days for customs clearance (which may take longer).

Estimated Transit Times

  • UPS Ground: 3–6 business days

  • UPS Express: 1–3 business days

  • UPS Next Day: 1 business day

  • AK & HI (FedEx SmartPost): 15–30 business days

  • Guam, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands: up to 45 business days

  • PO Boxes: 5–15 business days (longer possible depending on FedEx)

  • Canada (Landmark Global): 7–14 business days

Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Return labels are available only for Continental US orders.

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Please include a copy of your order confirmation email.

  • If returning items in multiple boxes, each box must be processed as a separate return.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 days after return delivery.

  • Clearance items (prices ending in $.x5) are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Returns not meeting these conditions may be subject to restocking fees or denial of refund.
